Shop guitars feature hand selected, kiln-dried tone woods, hand buffed
finishes, custom wound pickups, and hand-wire electronics. CNC routers
and milling machines hold tolerances to less than .001" making our
Rapid Play necks super fast, with playing action down to 3/64".
Our pro electronics
utilize military type FR4 Fiberglas, fire rated PC boards, heavy-duty
Molex connectors, sealed potentiometers, and weight-reducing aluminum
alloys. SMT construction (surface mount technology) incorporates advanced
robotic precision for enhanced performance and reliability. Cutting edge
toroid and switching power supplies deliver more power with less weight.
Solid-core plywood cabinets reduced weight while providing extra strength
plus protected by rugged steel hardware. Heavy-duty speakers and drivers
combined with computer designed crossovers, offer superb sound and reliability.

SOLID
1 YEAR WARRANTY
All Carvin products have a full 1 year warranty against manufacturing
defects on parts and labor, except wireless systems, and guitar and
bass amp tubes which have a 90 day warranty. Power amps come with
a longer warranty of 3 years, while all Custom Shop guitars and basses
carry an even longer warranty of 5 years. In fact, if any product
becomes defective at any time during its warranty period, we will
send that product through our Quality Assurance Lab to ensure that
it meets all factory specifications.
