Carvin has been offering kits, bodies and necks since the early 1990's, for the musician who also enjoys woodworking and related hobbies. Carvin kits are easy to build! Everything is pre-drilled, and all the necessary routing has been done. All you have to do is lightly sand it and put it together. Of course, if you're more experienced, you can modify the body shape, paint or stain it, or do just about anything else you like. 	Carvin GK1 Hardtail Kit This easy to assemble kit has the same exact components as Carvin's Bolt guitar. Every hole is drilled for each component, including neck, pickguard and strap button mounting holes. The body just needs fine sanding before finishing.
