THE KEY CREDIT TERMS OF THE Carvin CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Delinquency Rate* 29.99% (fixed)
* If you do not make your required Minimum Payment by the Payment Due Date two times in any six consecutive billing periods, the Delinquency Rate (rather than the Standard Rate) will apply to all existing balances on your Account and all new transactions beginning with the first day of the billing period in which you missed your second Payment Due Date. Once the Delinquency Rate applies, if you make any required Minimum Payment by the Payment Due Date in twelve consecutive billing periods, the next Statement you receive will reflect the Standard Rate (rather than the Delinquency Rate) which will apply to all existing balances on your Account and all new transactions beginning with the first day of the billing period reflected on that Statement.
Variable Rate Information
The Annual Percentage Rate for all Accounts (excluding the Delinquency Rate) may vary and will equal the prime rate plus 14.73%, but in no event less than 21.98%. The “prime rate” is the highest bank prime loan rate as published in The Wall Street Journal in its Money Rates section on the 5th business day preceding the first day of the billing period. 23 days if no previous balance and full payment is made; otherwise none. One Cycle Average Daily Balance (Including New Purchases). $2.00 Late Payment Fee:
$29.99 if the Balance is $249.99 or less and $39.99 if the Balance is $250.00 or more. (Balance is Account balance on date fee is applied.)
Overlimit Fee: $39 Return Check Fee: $39.99 Transaction Fee for Cash Advances: 4% of the amount of each cash advance, but not less than $5.
