New Release From Craig Chaquico |
Long-time Carvin endorser Craig Chaquico recently released his latest CD, Follow the Sun.
The first single from the CD, Songbird, has cracked the top 15 on Radio & Records Smooth Jazz charts, and the follow-up, Circus Beach, has just entered the charts.
Songbird is a remake of Kenny G's breakthrough song from the 1980's, with Craig's soulful guitar playing replacing the classic sax of the original. Noted jazz guitarist Peter White (Basia/Matt Bianco) also makes an appearance on Lights Out in San Francisco, an updated version of the track from Craig's 1997 release Once in a Blue Universe.
Craig is a great friend of Carvin, and has been playing Carvin gear since the early 1980's, making him one of our longest-running endorsers. On his new release, Craig primarily played his
Carvin Signature Series CC275 thinline acoustic/electric guitar, as well as other Carvin gear, including a Carvin Bolt guitar and a CL450 nylon-string classical guitar.
Craig's new release is available right now at retailers, and online including Amazon.com. Visit craigchaquico.com for more information and to listen to samples from Craig's extensive library.
