Guitar Traq made it even worse... especially since they forgot to update mine and it was stuck on "neck construction" the entire time. I remember hours passing in agony wondering when it would finally be done. I recall when I first saw it, I went to the Covina Carvin store (no longer open) to pick it up, and slowly opened the case.
